It features three interconnected phases: Reset, Reintroduce, and Real Life, each designed to promote sustainable weight management and healthier eating habits. A key resource within the program is the R3 Cookbook, which provides a variety of flavorful and easy-to-prepare meals that align with the R3 initiative. These recipes support weight loss while ensuring enjoyable dining experiences throughout the journey. As the Creative Director for this project, I worked alongside talented writers, photographers, and designers to create an engaging and visually appealing cookbook. The positive feedback from the R3 community has been overwhelming, with many participants embracing the practical meal options. The cookbook has truly become a cherished resource for those committed to the R3 lifestyle, empowering them to make lasting changes without sacrificing taste.
